What: Have you ever wondered how your peers fit into their office? Do they have happy hours and office kickball teams? Are there video game consoles or pool tables to blow off steam? Do they always work with the same small team, on large, long-term projects, or is their work space a mixture of small quick deadlines? Is the grass actually greener on their side of the studio?

Join us at The Eagle as we discuss the different aspects of firm culture. Everyone is different, and it’s up to you as a young architect to find the work environment that fits you best. Big to small, corporate to boutique, we’ll discuss the ins and outs of this significant aspect of the architecture profession.
