January Event – Salary Negotiations

What: Time and again we’ve heard the frustration of young architects and designers in Indianapolis over not having a concrete grasp on what the going rate is for their services. As a Young Architect you can take matters into your own hands. If you’re currently employed or have worked before in the Indianapolis area, we’re encouraging you to fill out your salary information on Glassdoor. It’s a completely anonymous way to help us all answer the question, “How much am I worth?”
