May Event – Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program Info Session

What: Have you heard? AIA Indiana is starting a component of the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program. This is a program developed by the AIA that helps train and nurture architecture’s next generation of leaders. This year-long program consists of a number of sessions attended by a competitively selected group of emerging professionals.

Are you:
– Eager to learn about architecture as a business and industry?
– Curious to develop new skills for your own business?
– Excited at the prospect of meeting and collaborating with other eager learners, driven professionals and budding leaders?

The CKLDP focuses on core professional skills, such as entrepreneurship and firm management, teamwork and collaboration, negotiation skills, client development, community leadership, understanding industry trends, and developing your future within the practice.  The selected scholars to CKLDP will plan and participate in each of the sessions.

Prospective participants must go through an application process for selection where proven career success, community involvement and the individual’s firm support will be considered.
